“Had trouble with the website, but when I talked to a young man the order was completed very quickly and efficiently. I have no recollection of my password and have asked for advice on how to generate a new one, all of my orders in the past few years have been done over the phone where I required a customer number.”

“Great product, delivery and reliability. However, order website is poorly designed and took several attempts to process payments. Website is designed with "British" English language and customary payment techniques, for example, ever seen a website asking for your credit card issuance date? Persist and you will succeed. Dave, USA.”

“Flowers were delivered a day sooner than requested. Luckily flowers were able to be received by someone as the recipient wasn’t home. So things did not go according to plan.”

“I have not seen the flowers except in a photo. They looked great and the recipient was very pleased with her orchids. However, they did arrive a day earlier than ordered so a day before her birthday.”

“The carnations were of the usual exceptionally good quality. The delivery time was superb, except that if I had wanted them delivered for the specified date, they would have been early. The method of delivery was appalling, however. The box was pushed through an open window and dropped 6 feet onto the floor. No allowance was made for the fact that there may have been a dog or cat in the room to destroy the flowers. Fortunatley, the flowers were not damaged but I think your delevery agent should be made aware that these are delicate items, not to be thrown or dropped.”

“I received a photo of the freesia bouquet from the recipient. She was very pleased with them - which is the main thing. Myself, I was a little disappointed as the bouquet looked a bit sparse / thin though the flowers themselves looked fresh. June Bartlett”

“I have been using Sendabunch for many years now ( more than 25 years) and have always been very satisfied and happy with the service. I prefer to speak to someone when putting in an order, however, last year and this year, I have been kept waiting for quite some time for my call to be answered, and eventually gave up and ordered online. This service is not as good as actually speaking to someone, and if I am unable to speak to someone next time when ordering flowers i regret to say I will take my service elsewhere.”

“According to the recipients the flowers were beautiful. However, they were delivered two days early and the recipients were still on holiday. I realise that flowers by post are difficult to manage but the risk is that they will wilt and not be as good. In this case a kind neighbour put them in a cold place to store them.”

“Recipient says that flowers were "beautiful" and much appreciated. I found your service !st class and the only reason for not giving you a 5 rating is that the flowers were delivered 2 days early, 24th instead of on her birthday 26th as I specified. JCJ”
