“The flowers actually arrived 3 days early which was annoying as I had been given the choice of & stipulated the date on the order from. Maybe it was because there was a weekend involved? However the recipient was delighted with them & although they arrived in tight bud they opened up in a few days & looked lovely. I would use them again.”

“I have used Sendabunch for many years and have always been pleased with their service and selection. I plan ahead and order flowers at least two weeks before delivery date. It is annoying, therefore, to receive offers of 10% and 20% discounts just days before my requested delivery date (long after I've placed my orders). Not only does this encourage me to wait and run the risk of the delivery not being made on time due to excessive volume, but also it does not reward me for being a regular customer.”

“Lovely flowers. Web Site not so friendly. Took me ages to send a Christmas Bear with my flowers. IT turned out I had to do two orders which is not satisfactory. The flowers are good otherwise I would use other suppliers. Joan Hodges”

“You would get 5 but the process of obtaining the Nov 10% discount was unclear; certainly all attempts to input the 10off etc code failed.”
