“On 11 May, I ordered some flowers for my mother whose birthday was approaching, with a delivery date of 16 May, but these were not delivered as requested. I therefore emailed Sendabunch on 18 May to complain and this was very promptly and professionally dealt with by Jason (surname unknown), who arranged for a second order to be despatched, with an apology, by first class post on 21 May. I then learned from my mother that the original order eventually arrived on 18 May. It now looks as if she will receive two bunches of flowers, so this will come as an unexpected bonus. In summary, whilst there was disappointment that my original order did not arrive on time, Jason's prompt actions ensured a happy outcome, for which I am most grateful.”

“The receivers of the flowers were very pleased with the quality, and they arrived on the day. However I thought the extra charge of £8 to ensure delivery on the right day (a birthday) was excessive.”

“The recipient said they were lovely, but of course I haven't seen them myself. However, they were meant to be delivered on the 17th for her wedding anniversary and they arrived today , the 14th, so I am cross ! She has sent them to me in the past and they were indeed very very good and lasted for ages.”

“The flowers arrived in bud and lots of them - they looked lovely. However, they arrived a day earlier than expected and so spent the night in the post office as nobody was home to receive them. In this time the stems had got fairly dry and so had to chop them down a bit”

“I have used Sendabunch for 30-40 years (just after they started) and have always been impressed and delighted with this service. The only reason I didn't give maximum is that the recent format has been confusing and I found myself with a typing error that I tried to resolve and ended up with Quantity "3" of my order and couldn't find my way out!!! Leaving the order until the next day and starting again worked O.K.”

“The flowers were much appreciated but they arrived on 15 February when I had asked for them to be delivered on 19th (for a birthday). As it was a Monday it would have been acceptable to receive them on the Saturday before, but not the Thursday!”

“The flowers actually arrived 3 days early which was annoying as I had been given the choice of & stipulated the date on the order from. Maybe it was because there was a weekend involved? However the recipient was delighted with them & although they arrived in tight bud they opened up in a few days & looked lovely. I would use them again.”
