Free chocolates were missing on my order I was very disappointed as they were for my sister for Christmas.

The Carnations did not / have not opened. Some of the flowers were very limp on arrival, a day after we requested and paid for the specific date delivery. All in all they were not of the quality I expected based on previous purchases.

I feel the flowers received by my relations this year were not as good as the "pictures" on the web page lead you to believe! Also they arrived 6 days earlier than requested and were past their best by Christmas Day. This was particularly annoying as the delivery dates were chosen with care to fit the recipient's availability. I am not sure I will buy from Sendabunch next year. Also I have already sent a review and received no response or comment.

This is the third time this year I have ordered from you and never been totally saitisfied with the quality of flowers. Either late or flowers are not what I expect. Yesterday was my neighbours 90th birthday a vey special time in anybody's life. I know with Christmas, deliveries must be difficult, but I ordered these flowers in good time to account for that and they didn't arrive until today. Also, I didnt like the look of them, so unfortunately won't be ordering from you again. I do however wish you continued success.

The web site is so slow I nearly airways time out, and have to start again. It is getting worse in the last two years. Some times it takes me three go's on consecutive days to place my order and that is not only at busy times like Christmas. A good customer in the past many years. Carol Thorpe. 48 Victory Way. I have used your company several times and have always been happy with the service. HOWEVER I was not very impressed to hear from my mother who received the flowers that she found them in her downstairs bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The delivery person must have been unable to make my mother hear him knocking and proceeded to open the front door and put the flowers on the bathroom floor. Perhaps in future you may include the recipient's phone number so the delivery man could call to let her know she has a caller. She is newly living alone and if she had found him indoors she would have been dreadfully upset. She is 85. Lovely flowers and chocolate, bad delivery.

Flowers did not seem as good this time. Have used sendabunch for several years usually good flowers, always prompt delivery though.

I ordered flowers for a birthday in Sept the roses had died within two days . I contacted the sender a bunch who very kindly sent another bouquet unfortunately these also were a disappointment as again the roses died in a couple of days . I am afraid I can't risk ordering my Christmas flowers and have gone to another supplier.

The flowers sent were very poor. Nothing like the picture advertised. However, I did receive a full refund which was very much appreciated.
