Who orders flowers for themselves?? You should ask the recipient for an honest review as they will probably tell me they were lovely even if they weren't!

usually everything is great. This time something seems to have happened to my order. I got an email acknowledgement and paid, but no flowers.

Great flowers. Website looks dated and cheap. Need to accept PayPal in future. Would probably use someone else in future as just not used friendly website sadl y

We are in fact in the final stages of a complete rebuild of the website as we have identified that the site and the process needed a complete modernisation. We are hoping this will be live in the next couple of weeks, and would therefore only ask that in the future please have a look at the site we are very focused on making the whole user journey a more pleasant process. Our website is currently in the process of a complete revamp and a new site hopefully will be completed in the next 14 days. We are aware of a number of issues which our customers have given us some negative feedback on. Unfortunately the flowers sent to Mrs Bunce, my mum, were below your usual standard, it was the roses which were wilted even after standing in a bucket of water overnight! Hopefully much improved next time. Thankyou.

The flowers were sent to my mother as a Christmas present. I have used Sendabunch before and my mother commented although they are beautiful flowers they don't last as long as flowers from other florists.

I was reasonably happy but would have liked confirmation that my order had arrived, which I didnt get. As the recipient was in her 90's I didnt actually get any feedback from her, so I can only assume they got there. Confirmation from Sendabunch would have been appreciated.

Sadly after using this company many times there seems to be a problem. Three weeks after ordering flowers and making many phone calls the delivery never happened and no one could tell me why, although they had proof of the order and payment. This has now been rectified.

It is only the recipient who knows the condition of the flowers. All I can tell is that the website was easy to use

The flowers were fine...in good condition. However the delivery was 2/3 days later than asked for and agreed. It was a few weeks ago, but the delivery was at least 2 days, possibly 3 days too late.had it been a birthday gift, this was potentially quite serious. As it happens, it was a "thank you" gift so not quite so critical Pat Thompson

I asked for a receipt when I rang up I was given another number to ring and still didn't get one. The flowers were for one of our customers so needed this for my books so will go where the paperwork comes as well as the flowers.
