Disappointed chocolates different to those depicted on photo. mother can't eat nuts and they nearly all had nuts in them. I did report this to which i had a "sorry" but no voucher, refund, or replacement chocolates. Please explain exactly what they are next time.

The Singapore orchids were very good and wife was very pleased with them. Asked for them to be delivered on Tuesday but did not arrive until Friday. Sent three emails but only received a reply for the third one. This to thank me for letting them know I had finally received my order. Communication with customer needs improving.

As always my past order from Sendabunch was bang on time, the choice in the catalogue is excellent and the ordering process went well as usual but sadly, and very surprisingly, the quality of the flowers wasn't up to the usual standards. I have been ordering flowers from Sendabunch for many years now and this is only the second time that we haven't been more than happy with the flowers we have received. It's a shame because I feel I let my wife down because of this.

Saw the flowers that were sent to my friend and I was not overly impressed by the amount nor the quality for the price I paid .I could have got a much better bunch and quality at Waitrose Supermarket for half the price ,but I thought it would be nice for them to be delivered Regards Valerie Yarham

From the options given, I selected the delivery date of 24th Dec for my delivery. The flowers actually arrived on 20th Dec. My mum was away until 23rd so the flowers were already 4 days old by the time my mum returned home. As a goodwill gesture Send a Bunch sent another arrangement FOC to arrive on 24th

Delivery booked for a Tuesday, thinking that would allow Monday for posting and delivery Wednesday if did not arrive on correct day. Delivery came 5 days early on the Friday beforehand. Too early. Flowers ok though.

I've been using sendabunch for many years and the quality is usually pretty good, especially the freesias, which seem to be the speciality. New Website is disappointing and I had to re-register, which was a pain. Very confusing to see the shipping address as my (the senders) address with the recipients address elsewhere. Really need a record of regular recipients that could be easily selected to save the laborious filling in process. How about Paypal as a payment option?

I am furious that somebody in your organisation has sent me an email in which my password was fully displayed. This means that the password is now compromised and I will have to go to the trouble of changing it. Why was this done?

Happy with the flowers but they were left on the doorstep and I would have preferred the delivery man to have rung the bell in order to give the flowers to the recipient who was in the house.

Easy to find what I wanted. Seems to more form filling than other sites. Had to abandon first order attempt because i was stuck on payment page for twenty minutes last Sunday.

I was pleased to be able to find a website that sent flowers to Europe at a reasonable price. However the relevant pages were a bit misleading. I also needed to phone customer services as I had not received an email confirmation of my order. The lady was very helpful and took action immediately. The recipient was delighted with her flowers.
