“The service was quick but actually too quick! My order indicated the date I was looking for (to coincide with a birthday of a family member) but the flowers arrived a day early. While it could have been a lot worse (a day later), nevertheless I was a little disappointed that they didn't arrive on the day that was indicated on the order.”

“the flowers delivered are absolutely beautiful < I have never had a problem with them and I have ordered loads of bunches. I know you can't always deliver on the correct day, but flowers I ordered for Tuesday arrived Saturday, spoils the occasion a little bit. but other than that really happy with my purchases”

“I chose to send the beautiful Orchids again. They arrived on time in perfect condition and are really beautiful flowers which last a long time. They are great value as postage and packing is included in the price. Ordering online is free compared to telephoning. I will definitely be sending flowers again from Sendabunch.”

“Your system produces erroneous and confusing data. Sold to :ship to information is wrong. In addition on line orders can not be tracked by the H/O . What is this about? Finally the 0800 line rings off the hook as the shipping office does not appear to want to answer!!! Very strange "customer service"!”
