“I ordered 20 Mixed Freesias with Chocolates for my sister and brother in law who has just been told he has terminal cancer. Unfortunately the chocolates were missing. After contacting Sendabunch they very quickly rectified the error and sent not only the missing chocolates but 2 extra boxes. Thank you to all who helped make my sister's day.”

Good Morning, I understand that our customer services team have already been in contact and we are sending you a replacement bouquet with chocolates across by way of apology. This doesn't excuse the fact we made an honest mistake and can only apologise especially at such an emotional time. If, once you have received the replacement bouquet you feel able to review or remove your negative review we would be hugely appreciative.
