“I received a photo of the freesia bouquet from the recipient. She was very pleased with them - which is the main thing. Myself, I was a little disappointed as the bouquet looked a bit sparse / thin though the flowers themselves looked fresh. June Bartlett”

“The delivery person left the flowers in the garage without informing the person - no note in the letterbox, no message on phone. The person concerned had no idea that the flowers were there, and just happened to find them on Saturday. I do not know whether the flowers were delivered on Wednesday 27th or Thursday 28th. Fortunately the flowers were still in pristine condition - but the lady concerned thought that I had forgotten her birthday.”
