“Control panel on a washing machine was scuffed. It seems almost certain that another pallet was placed on top of my pallet and when removed forks caught the front top of my item”

“I asked for the pallet to be collected on Friday but driver said collection point was closed. I got in touch with the collection point and it was open with stFf until 5.39. I understand the weather was bad but when we arranged for it to be collected on Monday and delivered next working day it was a day late. The”

“The delivery driver, a New Zealander, was extremely kind and polite. Despite very adverse weather conditions he delivered the palate into my garage as requested with a broad grim on his face. Many thanks to him. It is people like him that give an outfit a good name.”

“Delivery was arranged and they did not appear. The company did not have the decency to phone to let me know they were not attending and as a result I still had to pay people who were here to assist me as I have a heart condition. I was not informed that you only did kerbside deliveries. I therefore wasted a full day.”
