“The oven left Edinburgh in one piece and arrived in London the following day in two pieces. It had obviously tumbled over and was dented and bowed. Unfortunately it was not placed on a pallet at pick up but when it arrived it was wrapped tightly obscuring any damage. I did not get to see the damage for a day or two and then when requesting compensation was told I had to have made a complaint within four days which had passed. My package arrived, hence the adequate score, but I will try another supplier next time.”

“Not a great service. Pallets not picked up when booked. I had to chase twice rather than being informed automatically Online be tracking not updated very quickly Of 3 pallets one arrived on due date. Received a mail stating pallets had been delivered. They have not. I am hoping other 2 will arrive today.”

“had an engine on a pallet waiting for collection, they turned up when the tail lift was out of order! so obviously couldn't take it. Turned up the next day with a working tail lift however they came late about 4.30 so another day is lost. had another engine waiting to be picked up... complete no show, no email nothing. there excuse was they ran over there hours. After a phone call... its due to be picked up again first thing. They do make there destination though, eventually.”

“I had to phone them to find out where my delivery was at 4pm, was told it was unsafe on the pallet so would be delivered the next day. Got a call the next morning to say it was out for delivery & would be with me by 11am. At 1pm I called again & was told it would be with me within the hour, which it was. Unfortunately it was damaged, something that didn't come to light until I unwrapped it so I have no recourse with sendapallet because I signed for it without noting the damage. Ah well, live & learn”

“I ordered an engine that was delivered a few days ago. The engine arrived damaged and is going to cost around 100-150 to replace/repair. This is on top of the 600 I'd already paid for the engine”

“I paid specifically for an express shipment, however the service was carried out a day late than promised upon arranging and paying for the service. Other than being 24 hours late, I couldn't fault the service. I just wish I hadn't paid the extra money to get an express shipment”

“I wouldn't say i was happy, collection time between 8 am and 4 pm!! a long time to wait for a collection, no way could the driver alone get the item on the lorry, it took me my son and the driver nearly 3/4 hour to get it on, the equipment to load was inadequate for the item, luckily i had equipment to help out , would probably not use this service again without prior consultation of collection method”

“Supplied a tracking number but no tracking information supplied throughout. From when the pallet was collected to getting a phonecall from my customer to thank me for my product, I was not kept updated atall. Why supply a tracking number if you cannot inform me of my pallet's status? Atleast the contracted haulage company was very polite and professional.”

“Hi Your Service is good value for money! Although I haven't always automatically got the Vat Invoice and consignment note through to my email. When the online system hasn't worked Rachael has been good enough to take the time and email it manually. Regards Simon Smith”
