“What pallet??? Was surposed to be delivered yesterday stayied in all day , no card to say couldent deliver (whilst i was in the loo) not pleased”

“Shocking people to deal with, sent a pallet to a buyer and told them when it was due to be delivered so they waited in as it was a major car part they also booked their car into the garage to start work NO DELIVERY. Spoke to Mitchells who at first claim not their problem as they were not the delivery depot when pointed out i booked the pallet with them it went to my buyer must be telling lies as none of their drivers would ever tell a lie and the fact they demand a phone number on booking does not mean a driver would ring. Yet they claimed on the tracking the driver was on site and took the time to ring the office ( who advised to leave the pallet outside ) but not the addressee whos phone number was on all the paperwork. My customer was in and waited all day and now has a stripped car in the garage with no part Short and long of it is had to make another payment to arrange re-delivery or have my pallet "held". The staff at "customer service" talk to you like something they found on the bottom of their shoes with the advice if you want it delivered pay again END OF Once/if my pallet is delivered i will be taking legal action”

“Delivery was late and the pallet had been clearly dropped from a height at speed due to the extent of the damage - I'm incredibly disappointing with the service from sendapallet, I had used them before but won't again!”

“Delivery arrived dropped and broken and they completely ignore you when trying to follow up and claim for the damage! Terrible service - stay well away from these guys!”

“I have not had the pleasure of interacting with this company. I am waiting (again) for the vehicle to arrive. I have had no confirmation that it (the load) will be collected this afternoon. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Also, it was not I that made the booking, it was made by "Mike" who had bought my pony cart from a web-site.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible service, collection should have come on Thursday and I waited at home with two people all day and they did not come ( did not even bother to call ) I had to call them to find out they would not come due to a problem. I told them I would not be able to wait Friday all day as I was moving out that week and I would not be able to get anyone to help. The woman that answered did not show any interest in helping and did not offer any solution at all. When they came on Friday at home I had to move 300 kg of boxes by myself and they did not bring any shrink wrap to wrap up the pallet... what a joke! But it did not finish here ... It should have been delivered on Wednesday and they delivered Thursday because they said the lorry would not fit in the street... I mean seriously??? AWFUL SERVICE AND WORST COSTUMER SERVICE”

“Collection was 3 days late so hence delivery was 3 days late. The contents of the pallet was to form part of a larger shipment which was to my cost also late in being dispatched.”
