“They made me happy when they turned up to collect. No contact was made with me regarding e t a but the driver said there were problems . He was very helpful and polite. More customer contact needed. I had that pallet ready from 7.am. and you turned up at 3.30 pm. I will however use you and have forward details to my clients for future reference .”

“Very good service except the courier came a day early then got grumpy with my son because he knew nothing about the collection - i was out that day - delivery next day but again I had to explain early delivery to my client, fortunately not a problem.”

“well packaged for a very large item and very pleasant staff but delivered 24 hours early with no prior waring and only by good fortune we were in. but better early than never!!”

“Easy to use service with a good web interface. That is why I always use them when I have the odd pallet to send. Would help to have the dispatch note named as such in the email that you send out so I do not have to go through all of the attachments to the email. Perhaps make the VAT invoice a pdf file also?”

“Very efficient and friendly service. Website tracking not very helpful until package is actually in motion. We would have appreciated a delivery time slot (am or pm) being quoted. We could not plan other activities while waiting all day for pallet to be delivered.”

“Unfortunately the collection was a day late and on calling I was told "the driver was 2 hours away" and couldn't get there but in reality the next day when the pickup was made i said to the driver what happened to you yesterday then and he said what did I mean and I told him and he was only given the pickup that morning . Hmmmm!!”

“Tracking would have helped if it had indicated roughly what time the goods would arrive. When I looked mid morning it justindicated that the goods had been loaded on a truck with no idea exactly whatr time they would arrive. The supplier suggested that the truck would arrive am, in fact, it arrived pm.”
