“We received an email to say when our package was going to be collected, followed by another when it was at a depot and finally a third to say when delivery will be. Our package arrived in excellent condition and the delivery driver was very helpful. Would recommend.”

“I received a job completed notification but have yet to receive the goods. Maybe tomorrow? Most disappointing to not receive goods on the stated delivery day or to be notified of reasons for delay. Sendapallet collected the goods a day late at the request of the supplier. Once collected the tracking was excellent and the goods delivered swiftly.”

“The Delivery Driver was Very Friendly and very competent . He unloaded my goods using His tailift and moved the pallet to exactly where I wanted it Using a pump truck .In all I was very Happy with the delivery”

“Hi, from an arrangement and collection perspective it was good, the recipient says they were in all day and the driver did not ring the bell. I received a call to say there was no one in at the delivery address. I wasn't there so can't really comment. However, it was a good price and it was delivered on the day, so overall it worked.”

“Online ordering makes booking a pallet collection very painless and the collection/delivery is usually on the day it was promised. The prices are competitive and the support staff always on hand and willing and able to help. We won't be looking elsewhere for a company to handle our pallet deliveries. Monsoon Books Ltd”

“I asked one of your advisors when the pallet would be collected as it had got to 6pm and the tracking by info was still blank. I was informed immediately of the time of collection, the service was available online and very prompt.”
