“Collected & delivered on the days promised. Lack of communication was a big concern. Didn't advise when they were collecting (am or pm). No information to say it had been collected and no indication of possible delivery.”

“The order arrived on the arranged date without damage. Since you had my contract details it would have been helpful if you had given me a call, I waited in all day and the pallet did not arrive till late afternoon. I had cancelled a morning appointment.”

“A day late, would be better if there was eg a text alert to let you know when it was coming. No notification of a revised delivery date. Otherwise ok.”

“The sender had wrong delivery address but your office changed it without any drama It was delivered a day early Which could have been a problem My wife was here to accept it and she told me how helpful your driver was”

“Email received after engineering firm arranged collection. Disappointed that no further advanced warning of pick-up was made, i.e. no time span morning or afternoon. Collection referred to pickup by lorry of 7.5 to with rear tail lift, at end of day a local company came to do pick-up, driver only no further assistance, my property down 60 yard private lane, if my wife was not available we would have struggled to lift item. My wife and self are over 70yrs and not the healthiest to lift heavy items . The driver was a local person and very polite. I am hoping return of item will work a lot better ! M Thompson”

“Good value for money, very quick collection and delivery, however,some of the sub contracted haulage companies (John T Evans/Palletways in particular) will only send out an 18 ton lorry, access to my property is limited to 7.5 ton lorries but despite writing this in the special instructions box , I end up having to transport my palleted goods 2 miles to a local industrial estate where they can then be loaded onto the 18 ton lorry. Luckily most of the pallets I send or get delivered weigh less than 100 kg but if you have a very heavy pallet then I don't know how you would manage.”

“Was an easy service to use and the pallet arrived on time considering it had quite a long way to go and all was in tact! Only negative thing was I did book the pallet and wrap service though the driver did NOT have either on the truck which could have meant my delivery did not go but I luckily managed to find some.”
