Organised for my pallet to get picked up on the wednesday waited in all day for them to arrive, didn't show so i phoned them up they said they didn't have a driver so it would be tomorrow, waited in again today and guess what they still didn't turn up, shocking customer service the lady on the phone is so arrogant would never use them again or the company who "didn't have a driver" which is palletways absolutely shocking experience avoid like the plague

Customer service tephone number don't work, constanlly engaged. Supposed to get the goods last week Thursday. Please don't wasted your time, money and nerve. Completely useless company. They never contacted me back. It is week later and no goods delivered !!!!!

Payed extra for premium delivery on the Monday, the pallet turned up Tuesday afternoon, no phone call or email to say it was going to be a full day late! !!!

They ended up in a Sticky Situation and found difficult to solve for Customer, Half arguing for 15mins.

I am only giving them one star as there isn't an option to give no stars. Collected a pallet from me. I paid for 48 hour delivery and that was three weeks ago. No sign of my pallet being delivered and given the run around by the customer services. I'm about to lose a £1600 sale because of their incompetence.

On 02/07/18 I ordered from the Sendapallet site a palleted transport consigment no SAP031246 from Port Talbot but they took 2 pallets in instead of one, Today is 07/07/18 and the palette has not yet come, I have lost time and money because of this intermediate company, the worst experience for me so far!

The delivery didnt arrive on the day arranged. I phoned to ask when i should expect the goods and was told around 5pm. It is now 8.20 and still no delivery. Appalling.

My delivery was sent to completely the wrong address! So therefore delivered a day later then it was meant to be

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible service, collection should have come on Thursday and I waited at home with two people all day and they did not come ( did not even bother to call ) I had to call them to find out they would not come due to a problem. I told them I would not be able to wait Friday all day as I was moving out that week and I would not be able to get anyone to help. The woman that answered did not show any interest in helping and did not offer any solution at all. When they came on Friday at home I had to move 300 kg of boxes by myself and they did not bring any shrink wrap to wrap up the pallet... what a joke! But it did not finish here ... It should have been delivered on Wednesday and they delivered Thursday because they said the lorry would not fit in the street... I mean seriously??? AWFUL SERVICE AND WORST COSTUMER SERVICE

An e-trikecycle costing over £1000 was damaged, beyond repair by their courier, Mitchells, while they delivered it. Possibly by something very heavy placed on top of it. I only got £190 compensation from them. Even then it took weeks before I got that ... I would NEVER use them again.

P.s I have just read my scanned receipt and the driver wrote on it as customer requested ,i dont think so,well this was a blatant lie ,so well done send a pallet your driver is a liar as well. What can I say

The expensive equipment that was sent was obviously not handled sensitively and was delivered in a damaged and now unfortunately non-functioning condition. The pallet and contents were clearly not looked after in transit and the equipment thrown around in the back of the vehicle. I have not complained about a delivery before but this was an outrageous service and I am having to claim via the insurance. I would avoid if you have anything fragile or of high value.

The item was delivered fine but an outside ornament was very badly damaged. This wasn't reported to me, it was simply put back to look like it was ok. If the person had been honest about it although id have been upset id have been fine about it but instead there was no honesty, apology in fact it was down right rude and sneaky. I will never use or recommend this firm.

The delivery was supposed to be next day. It took 3 days to arrive due to a "computer glitch". The reality was that tracking information was not available until after the delivery date. Read into that what you will. At least they apologised, but no offer of recompense for waiting in on the day they said they would deliver. I managed to track down the local company who was the final link in the delivery chain. Between us we worked out a mutually convenient time for a delivery. That aspect was good, but it was down to my detective skills and no thanks to Sendapallet.

I waited in all day for the agreed delivery, then just before 5pm, received a phone all to say it wasn't coming. Rearranged delivery for The following Monday 8-12. The delivery was received after the agreed delivery slot and I was on my way out. They were lucky I was still in! Not a good service. I would not have even given this one star! But the system demands one.
