I waited in all day for the agreed delivery, then just before 5pm, received a phone all to say it wasn't coming. Rearranged delivery for The following Monday 8-12. The delivery was received after the agreed delivery slot and I was on my way out. They were lucky I was still in! Not a good service. I would not have even given this one star! But the system demands one.

Failed to deliver on the right day. Returned on the wrong day, left parcel with neighbour against explicit instructions. And it was the wrong parcel anyway.

The delivery driver who collected the pallet was rude, impatient and has no concept of customer service. I gave instructions re the collection both during the placing of the order and on the phone afterwards and they were not taken into account. Lastly the recipient asked if the address could be changed. Twice I was told that this had been acknowledged and was no problem and they still delivered to the wrong place. Shambles.

Pallet was collected same afternoon on a next day service, but it say in a warehouse for an extra day and was late to be delivered to our customer.

The del was ment to be Fri am I, can not get the goods now till monday morn, extra was paid for this So what do you think Regards Jim Jewitt.

I am writing this review as I was requested to do so. I find it extremely poor that a review is requested prior to successful delivery being made. The request states "job done" when in actual fact the status remains at collected. I am the recipient and have had no delivery nor indication of one.

the delivery didn't take place, as I was out, it would be good if I was notified a few days before it was due to be delivered so I could have made other arraingments

Goods collected and delivered late. Goods also badly damaged in transit, so many faults that the item (a tricycle) has to be returned to the supplier for repair or refund. It was obvious looking at the damage that a heavy item had fallen onto the trike, presumably in transit, and had crushed the handlebars and the mechanisms attached to it. Also the saddle was badly askew, again indicative of crushing damage.

This is the worst company I have ever dealtwith.they never answer the phone and when they do they promise to call you back and then don't bother I made 61 attempts to contact them and even at 7in the morning I was told lines were busy, I can believe it if it was complaints,I have wasted enough time on them you have been warned.

Would of been nice to have had my delivery you could not even acheve that very poor service will not be coming back to someone that cant read an adress completely usless

I used sendapallet to collect a pallet containing machinery that I bought on ebay. Seemed like a great solution given that the machinery and parts weighed over 300kg - just what palletised transport is for (and I'd used sendapallet successfully once before). The pallet was collected and delivered when they said it would be - but during transit £300 worth of parts were removed from the pallet. That was over a month ago, and despite me chasing and filling out insurance claim forms for them I'm no closer to having the parts I bought, or the £300 they cost me. Although sendapallet is deliberately marketed as a consumer solution they just aren't set up to work with you as a consumer. The process of claiming through their insurance (which absolutely isn't my problem anyway!) is painful. They ask for things like the cost of manufacturing the goods instead of the cost of replacing them. They only insure up to £5 per kilo of goods lost (which is ok in my case as the parts were solid steel, but if you're sending anything else then forget it). They ask for proof of weight of goods lost. Clearly I can't prove the weight of items they've lost that I bought of ebay so I spent ages finding online links to the individual items where the shipping weights are listed on the public websites - only to then have it queried. I've replied with everything I can, and guess what... nothing. 1 month later and I feel totally ripped off and let down. Next stop trading standards :(

Booked a next day delivery, was told on live chat that they're very reliable and reassured that the delivery would take place on time. Now I'm being told that they can never offer a next day service from Europe, it 'always takes 4-5 days' despite their website offering it. The photo shows their booking form which offers collection and delivery the day after. Liars

I have not arranged a delivery! I am awaiting delivery. Tracking says it was collected yesterday 5/7/2017. I will be able to comment further when the delivery has been completed Regards Ken Jarvis

Well it's 4:30pm Nothing waited in all day The tracking says it's sat in the depot for 4hours No up date for delivery nothing Shocking

You send me an email saying "job complete how did we do"- Well it isn't here yet! so Id say you did very poorly wouldn't you? It was promised before the bank holiday, if you cant deliver then don't promise. Hopefully if this is put into the prize draw I might get something back towards the cost of a poor service. James

I still have'nt received the delivery, 25th May 2017 I received a call today from the driver of Cooper Carriers saying he had an 18t wagon and could cot travel the road to our house. I told him that the road was accessible with 18t truck. We had a delivery last week with this size wagon. The driver said the depot would re schedule the delivery with a smaller truck
