My pallet was. It picked up and is still on my driveway, I have rang and had no answer, I have emailed an still no answer, there was a specific deadline I had to get this item to its destination and now I have missed it. Not at all impressed, I'll never be using this company again.

You dropped of the wrong goods .......... so instead of delivery Friday looks like you are going to pick up and redeliver Monday

What pallet??? Was surposed to be delivered yesterday stayied in all day , no card to say couldent deliver (whilst i was in the loo) not pleased

Information i submitted on the website was not given to the courier resulting in my collection not being made. Not happy at all as i am now being charged an extra £15!!!

This is the most irresponsible company. We were given a definitive date of delivery but your driver never bothered to turn up. When we called to enquiry, the person at the depot who took the call firstly lied that the driver had been at our premises 10 minutes prior to our call and that we were allegedly 'close'. It was actually two hours before our usual close time and we had been waiting for the delivery the entire day. When we queried why the driver did not call, we were given another excuse that is that they had had a very busy day and had been playing catch up. In other words, and reading between the lines, the driver never turned up. We were then promised that the delivery would be made the following morning by 12pm. Yet again, the delivery never arrived as promised. The reckless action of this company caused us to suffer significant financial loss. We had booked our photographer to take pictures of the products that day and had drafted in extra staff to deal with the delivery. All these people had to be paid even though the delivery never arrived. Our launch night for the products had to be cancelled and the missed opportunity to launch our products means our business has now suffered massive financial loss. It is about time the UK government took action against unscrupulous courier companies. The lack of legislation against reckless irresponsible courier company such as sendapallet.co.uk means they get away with being unreliable and irresponsible. Shame on those who work at this company because this is a systemic and chronic problem and everyone at this company is equally liable.

Collection was 3 days late so hence delivery was 3 days late. The contents of the pallet was to form part of a larger shipment which was to my cost also late in being dispatched.

As of 17.35 my pallet has not been collected. This all the more difficult as the goods are being delivered to me, not collected. The seller is very unhappy as she has waited in all day. No communications at all from the company even though contact details for both collection and delivery were communicated. Whilst I appreciate the drivers have a busy schedule, so do your customers. Having to take a day off work as holiday to accommodate is bad enough, but to not turn up is completely unacceptable.

Initially tried to use the pallet hub site as usual, this promised next day delivery as usual, the payment did not work so I phoned and was told to use the sendaparcel site. The telephone operator told me he has seen the job come through and that the payment had not worked but had no intention of calling me to tell me it had not worked so the parcel would not be collected. I then went on the send a parcel site, I went through the very long winded booking form (which does not have any automated help or a clone previous package option) to be told I have to pay by paypal. As I do not have a company paypal account I phoned again, I was told that what I had just experienced is not possible. I was then told to email all the info and you would phone me for card payment, what I actually did was to go through the sendaparcel site again to prove to myself it did not give me the credit card option, again I just gave me th paypal option, I ended up paying from my personal account. The sendaparcel site also charged me the same for 2 day delivery as pallethub charges me for next day. After the recent issues where I have been here up to 7.30 pm waiting for collection I am not very impressed, I hope you take the time to respond to this as I feel it needs resolving.

I was expecting parcel to be delivered on Wednesday 28 so I spent all day at home just to find out that my item won't be delivered as vehicle been used was to big to get to my place. To be clear item to deliver was a half size pallet weighting les than 50kg, full size dustbin lorries are getting to my place, recently massive fire engin managed to do it so I have no idea what they been using to deliver such 'big' parcel. Anyway delivery was rescheduled for next day, so for me it ment another day of waiting at home as obviously they won't give you the time. By half past two I had to go out for 50 minutes, as I have other life than waiting for delivery so I phoned them just to find out that they planning to deliver it exactly when I'm out and can not be flexible on it at all. So I arrange to collect it myself and lady over the phone told me to be there before 9am. On topic of collection I would like to mention that I've actually paid to have it on my doorstep so me going to collect it is doing myself the job that I've paid for. Anyway I get there quoter to nine, and totally rude block at the counter told to clear of as I can't collect it before 10, at that point I was already paying to mobile mechanic for item in the parcel to be fitted. When I explained that to 'person' at the counter he just gave me a piece of paper and send me to find forklift driver myself. I don't have to even mention that none of busy forklift drivers was interested in looking for my parcel. Nature of my business is that I'm ordering a lot of items every single week, and I never had to deal with such a rubbish service.
