“Waited in all day for the pallet to be not collected, Emailed the office in regards to how to procceed further, I recieved a review email before any further contact regarding my pallet”

“Unfortunately the 5 pallets are still sitting with me and have not been collected. You driver was negative about taking them before he'd even got out of the cab. Then he made every excuse not to take them - he needed help loading them, you only do collections after 3pm, the pallets were too low, the pallet lifter couldn't lift the weight of the pallets, the paving slabs on the pallets weren't stacked correctly . . . this is the third time I've stacked and re packed the paving slabs on the pallets to the exact specifications . . . and no-one told me I'd either need a team of people to help the driver or the use of a fork lift truck to get them onto your lorry. Frankly I'm disappointed that you were usable to collect this consignment as planned . . . and then to send me a survey to say the job is complete is a laugh . . .”
