“did not collect my items. this was already paid and now no one will get back to me to tell me what happened. no update and no collection was ever made by you.....I was scammed.”

“You have picked up a pallet of adhesive from Sherborne that we are using and not informed anyone, as it was not meant to be picked up. I have now got two tilers stood up doing sweet FA because of your cock up!!! perhaps you can ask the driver sho signed it over to him”

“i rang at 4.50pm on the day of collection to find out why my pallet had not been collected and they could not find my paperwork to begin with, when the driver did come out he could not load the pallet and called for another lorry which came out and did not take the pallet but only damaged the packaging on the pallet and left it behind on site and we have not been told anything about it nor have we had a phone call to explain why. very disappointing as i was looking forward to using a local firm again in the near future.”

“Shocking people to deal with, sent a pallet to a buyer and told them when it was due to be delivered so they waited in as it was a major car part they also booked their car into the garage to start work NO DELIVERY. Spoke to Mitchells who at first claim not their problem as they were not the delivery depot when pointed out i booked the pallet with them it went to my buyer must be telling lies as none of their drivers would ever tell a lie and the fact they demand a phone number on booking does not mean a driver would ring. Yet they claimed on the tracking the driver was on site and took the time to ring the office ( who advised to leave the pallet outside ) but not the addressee whos phone number was on all the paperwork. My customer was in and waited all day and now has a stripped car in the garage with no part Short and long of it is had to make another payment to arrange re-delivery or have my pallet "held". The staff at "customer service" talk to you like something they found on the bottom of their shoes with the advice if you want it delivered pay again END OF Once/if my pallet is delivered i will be taking legal action”

“Delivery was late and the pallet had been clearly dropped from a height at speed due to the extent of the damage - I'm incredibly disappointing with the service from sendapallet, I had used them before but won't again!”

“After waiting until after 5pm for my palett to be collected even though it states up until 5pm for collection it arrived at its destination smashed to pieces!!! Then upon speaking to the person waiting for the delivery was told the driver tried to leave the smashed product. Package was dropped and opened as the smashed parts where put underneath the gearbox and not in the position they would have fallen. Very poor service, have used others before and will tell everyone to stay clear of this company”

“Called the day I booked before booking to check the service I required was available, after booking I called to confirm it was still being collected the next day as it hadn't given me that date as an option. Spoke to someone who confirmed and even said if I called back after 10am the following day shed see if she could give me any time estimate. Called the following day, spoke to lady called Lisa who seemed to lack any empathy, spoke to me as if i had made up the whole thing. Basically pallet was not even set for collection until the following week. Complete waste of my time! Staff clearly don't know what they are talking about, mixed messages and then rude staff who won't do anything to rectify situation”

“My item one pallet hasn't been picked up yet since made payment a week ego,and I am worried I may miss my shipper as the item is for export and it has to reach my shipper by 17th febuary as the container leaves 18th febuary but looks like I am going miss the shipping”

“They send one man to collect the over , they are collecting a pallet, it supposed to be heavy . When I was trying to contact the customer service, they been shouting on me . £15 failure collection is a ridiculous number . never deal with you again , never never .”
