would have been better if had contact text or e-mail off pickup time as 4.55 when driver got here. i was wondering if it was being picked up.

Hi, I never received any advance phone call or email advising when my item was to be delivered. I got a call when the local transport company (Glendale) was outside the front door. He was good enough to return 30 min later giving me enough time to return home. Glendale's part was great but Sendapallet was poor- i even received this email before my delivery or advice

Quick service but driver was poor, made me sign the delivery note before I'd even seen the item or he had offloaded, and made me write the time in advance saying it'll take him 10 minutes till it was offloaded. Later realized I signed document saying I was happy with the delivery and condition of item. This is very wrong way to pass liability off them. Item arrived damaged anyway so regret signing paper

OK. Thought pallet would be picked up next day, but order stated following day. Collected fine.

I've used this service around 10 times, mostly because its easy to book on line and is value for money. However I have been let down several times with no communication - I always had to chase you. Given you quote you are state of the art I would beg to differ. When questioning with the office why I had not been called by the driver the answer was 'not all drivers have mobiles and its not their job' Also I note none of my pallets are ever scanned as part of a tracking audit system. None of this says state of the art to me. My local sweet shop takes UPS packages and they scan everything. When I order a Fridge from AO.com they bombard me with contact - a pallet service is way short of top service and is a dinosaur by comparison. Mitchell's may be the 'owner' of the booking but once its in the system it is with 'any carrier' and they just dont seem to care.

The pallet was collected, as arranged on the Thursday and all seemed well. On Friday afternoon another lorry turned up to pick up the pallet. This, understandably, caused some confusion as to who had collected the actual pallet. However the pallet has been delivered and all seems well. I would suggest a careful check of the procedures to reduce wasted journeys and unnecessary panic for your customers. All in all not bad. Collected and delivered at the agreed times and dates.

Hi I arranged for item to be collected and (send a pallet) to supply the pallet full size , I paid the extra money £12 . I have just received a email from the lady who has sold me the item and she has told me your driver never supplied the pallet and the item has been placed on its back unwrapped and untied !!! I am a bit concerned this item is going to be damaged ( it is a newly painted pony cart with disc brakes ) Delivery will be tomorrow 13/10/15. I would be grateful if you could reimburse my supplied by you pallet fee and I do hope that this item is in no way scratched as I have before pics that the seller sent me. I fillies out the form online and paid then after I called a contact centre to pay the extra money for you to supply pallet as seller did nt have one. This was done within 20 mins interval and they relayed all my details and number back to me so I don't understand how this error has occurred. Thanks mick
