Just days with the intended recipient not receiving funds and no opportunity to get you to remove the delay. Hello, Kindra. We pulled up your account and found two transactions that were marked paid on April 13th and 30th, and one cancelled last April 14 as you have requested. Please send us a copy of your receiver's copy of recent statement that shows the amount was not received. The amount from the cancelled transaction has already been charged back to your account immediately by sendvalu but your bank may take 5 to 7 banking days to reflect it in your balance. If after this period, you still do not see the amount credited back to your account, please contact your bank.
