“This past week i found your service online doing a search for "money transfer services". Of course the BIG BOYS, names came up but also your company. Your marketing was promising, but i was skeptical. So i wanted to try SendValu.com because of many years of being frustrated, demeaned, misunderstood, and marginalized by the over-large call centers of WU, MG and WR groups and subsidiaries. What i found out this week is that your company is a refreshing change from the awful service i experienced the past 4 years sending money to friends and associates abroad. To add to my pleasure with SendValu, i have requested communications and responses by email which were promptly responded to. Then today I had the satisfaction of speaking with, receiving clear understanding of my problem, and resolving the issues, with your phone support person Mike, at your USA support number. As a 35 year owner of 4 businesses and sales trainer for my businesses, it is important for you to know about my outstanding experience as i comment the following. "Mike" had no idea nor did he adjust his approach to my experience as a client. He treated me, and all clients i expect, with the utmost professionalism and effectiveness. Mike is a high mark for all in your organization to meet. Well done Mike.
