“The staff and Fred department were extremely helpful and securing and verifying my account quite easy to work with. My only wish is that the verification of transfers and recipients receiving their money was a lot faster.”

“This has been what I was waiting for. I had an urgency to send money to my family in Ghana and after I was asked to update my information and I did it they received it and it was quick in like before where it was a bit frustrating when it takes days to respond to your emails, this I was prompted on every step that was being taken. I happy about the changes in response and transfer delivery. Thank sendvalu”
