“I was assisted by a lady with a pleasant voice. She helped me with my concern as I cannot get a transaction through. I was told someone will contact me within 24 hours, and yes it was solved and I can now make a transfer. Very helpful. Very nice people working in sendvalu.”

“Doubtful at first because they were asking me for an ID and a verification by phone because it is not indicated in the website but when they explained why it is required, I understood. It's great that security of my transaction is guaranteed. All is smooth with my succeeding transactions. will recommend sendvalu to my colleagues here in abroad.”

“I usually send money using my bank to my mother every week for her medication. I found it difficult because the fee was so high every time I transfer money. Then, my friend told me about sendvalu, so I tried using this platform. It's been a month now and I am really thankful to have known their site. The fee is cheaper compare to bank transfer. It is such a great platform that I can trust and keep my money transfer secured all the time. Kudos to your company! I will surely recommend this to my family and friends as well, keep it up!”

“I made my transfer yesterday and still it has not gone through to my sister's account. First they required and ID and then called me to verify the transaction details. We should have been made aware that we will go through with this kind of procedure. I was worried at first because it took time for sendvalu to process my request. But, when they called me, it was made clear that they are just doing it for my own security, which I really appreciate and thankful for doing it. But please update your website, that it may go a verification process, for us not to worry on the first place. Overall experience was good, I commend the lady who called me about my transaction, she was very helpful and assured my everything is fine. I will still be using sendvalu in my future transaction and recommend to my friends, though.”

“Dami ko nababasa na scam scam daw etong sendvalu, pero ang ganda ng rating. So nag try ako, para ma sigurado ko. Start ako sa small amount, then ayun okay naman, Medyo nilakihan ko yung amount na sumunod, okay pa din, twice a month ako magremit ng pera sa Pinas, so far wala ako naging problem.”

“I hope sendvalu will have an online application that can be downloaded in smart phones. Using sendvalu money transfer if really helpful since I am working out of the country. As an OFW, it will be difficult to really take time in sending money to family. Glad I have known sendvalu for a few months no.w, I must say that my overall experience were all good. Sometimes, there's delay in processing money, but they assured my that it will still reached my beneficiary and it all did. I think they will still verify everything even you have been using their service for a long time. Thank you sendvalu for the secure and fast transfer! Keep it up”
