“This company is very faster in the transfer money but I had a problem now for one month and they never give any solution for it on 13 jun I try to do a transaction in there website and the payment page show error and the money has been taken from my card and after a lot of contacts with time they say we refund it and in 5-7 days is gonna be in your bank account without showing me any clue that they really refund it . Now it’s been one month and the bank say the money has been taken successfully from my card and nothing been refund to my card never and I try now to contact them again but no one replied to my email or answer me am so disappointed and and not happy with that”

In case you have sent a duplicate transfer request, you can try to cancel it yourself by logging on your sendvalu account, select the transaction, and press Cancel. Or, we can do it for you. Hello there, Brian. Kindly send us a message using your sendvalu account so that we can look into the possible problem. Choose the Support option. The system automatically sends a confirmation once a transfer request has been authorized by your card issuing bank. If no notification has been received, kindly contact your bank and inquire whether a transaction for sendvalu AWS has gone through or not.
