“Don't like it rejected my card at night and had to wait until the next day to send money. I also don't like you needing my driver's license number for your records. That was over stepping the too much information needed.”

Due to legal and regulatory requirements that we must follow, we need to go through a process of getting to know our customer and obtaining documented proof. The importance of compliance with these laws are greater since we are in a non-face to face business. As for your card, it usually encounters an error due to the card is not authorized or it may be caused by a temporarily error. You can contact your bank for further assistance.

“I am not satisfied...I still have 2 transaction that didn't went through and was not refunded...so I'm still waiting on my refund...definitely not satisfied.”

Sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our service. We pulled up your account and saw that the 2 transactions were cancelled. The money was charged back to your account immediately by sendvalu but your bank may take 5 to 7 banking days to reflect it in your balance. If after this period, you still do not see the amount credited back to your account, please contact your bank.
