“I have given 5 stars when you repeat your excellence service of delivering the funds in 2 hours or less as you have many times. But this was another example of lack of service since I initiated my order around 6:30 am Pacific Time, and I received this email at 3:30pm. This time it was only about 9 hours to do what we both know you can do in 30 minutes. At least it did not take 40 hours as did one transaction.”

Hola, le hemos escrito a su email, con el cual se registró en el sitio sendvalu. Por favor revisar, pero en resumen, las transferencias a Cuba pueden demorar hasta 72 horas en reflejarse el dinero en la tarjeta. Cualquier otra duda o inquietud nos escribe a support@sendvalu.com, gracias
