“DO NOT SEND MONEY THROUGH THIS APP. Very poor costumer service. DO NOT SEND MONEY through this app. They don't answer emails, they do not answer the phone or live chat. They haven't sent me the money or reply to my messages. They take your money first and after ask you to fill up forms, then ignore you.”

“Hello Sendvalu,after my transfer on the 9-2-2022 was successful ,I have made two transactions which should have been paid by now but the money has been debited from my card and when I track the transaction I can read transaction has been verified , but hasn’t been sent to partner yet,what kind of work is that, please if you think my transactions won’t work kindly return my money, because I’ve been sending emails to you to release the funds but still your team have done nothing about it, I’ve really regretted working from your end, Check them and complete the transfer, thank you Transaction ID 104960201 Transaction ID 104951601”
