“It is impossible to get in touch with you. I send e-mails, but you do not answer. One recipient Annie Lei Chua cannot get the money I sent due to misspelling of her name. I asked you to correct it or cancel the transaction, but no answer from you. You are not trustworthy and very difficult to communicate with. There is no contact phone number that I could call you. Hello, Howard. We have responded to your name change request however it is not permitted by the local partner thus canceled. We advise that you make sure that you have spelled the receiver's name correctly and use the correct format FIRST NAME (if the receiver has 3 first names you have to put it here), MIDDLE NAME, LAST NAME to avoid cancellation.
