“most transfers are satisfactory however if the site does not complete the transaction sender has no idea why, could use some type of feedback if it is not completed”

Hello there, Brian. Kindly send us a message using your sendvalu account so that we can look into the possible problem. Choose the Support option. The system automatically sends a confirmation once a transfer request has been authorized by your card issuing bank. If no notification has been received, kindly contact your bank and inquire whether a transaction for sendvalu AWS has gone through or not.
