“I've sent money from Brazil do Dominican Republic and it took only a few hours for my cousin to receive the money delivered. Bravo! “First, all my transactions with you went smoothly. Then all of a sudden on the last transfer an error occurred and I'm no longer allowed to make a transfer. I contacted you thru phone and this lady named Molly assisted me. She was able to locate the problem and I was advised that it needs to be escalated to a higher level I think she said to check and clear the error. But aside from that, I had few queries, and she explained to me each and every one in possible ways that I can understand. She has a long patience and very kind especially to an old lady like me. You did a great job Molly. Thank you sendvalu.”

“It's my first time to use sendvalu service. I sent message using facebook to ask how it works. I received a response right away, ang bilis ng response ng customer service nila. When I use na the service , transaction was very smooth. Yung receiver ko mabilis lang na claim yung money. I don't regret using the sendvalu money transfer, mas bilis ang transaction compare sa ibang service. Keep it up sendvalu! Thank you for a quick and easy money transfer.”

“Archie helped me thru Facebook messenger. I really appreciate that a real person answers questions. A suggestion, if I may. Can you make your discount vouchers no expiry? That said, I still give you 5 stars for your assistance to my beneficiary in the Philippines and for the polite phone call I received from a lady I forgot her name though.”

“Habe mit sendvalu Geld von der Schweiz nach Sri Lanka überwiesen, Geld in Zürich am Montag abends um 21 Uhr angewiesen, konnte am Dienstagmittag in Sri Lanka (Giriulla) abgeholt werden. Gebühren sind günstiger als beim bekannten, großen Konkurrenten mit dem W ;-) Bin soweit zufrieden, schön wäre es, wenn es Aktionen gäbe (z.B. für Neukunden kostenlos). Danke, Urs”

“Wenn man Gutscheinaktionen nutzt, etwas günstiger als andere Anbieter im Vergleich Gebühren und Wechselkurse beim Senden mit Kreditkarte. Guter, deutschsprachiger Kundenservice, die kommunizierten Zeiten wurden bei meinen bisherigen Überweisungen (nach Russland und in die Ukraine) eingehalten. Solider Service, würde ich wieder nutzen.”
