“I have been a customer since Oct 14th, 2020 and have made over 250 transactions. I have recently written 2 successive glowing reports and praises for getting funds in the hands of my wife in 2 hours or less. However those incidents are few and far between. This current transaction sat in the Sent To Partner status for 15 hours. Considering the fact that it is 8 hours later in Ghana than my location, I don't see any reason for this other than the partner is not doing his/her job and neither is your staff for not staying on the transaction to its completion. This happens more times than not. A small hand full of 250 transaction done quickly and efficiently. But the majority end up in this situation because people there are "asleep at the switch." The only way to communicate with your company is email. There is no chat available, and no one ever answers the USA phone number or even returns calls left on voice mail. Major management overhaul is in order in my opinion. Not a single reply to my email inquiring about the delay. Very poor communications this time. Normally my emails are answered very quickly. Today I never even received a message that the order is complete and the money is in my wife's wallet.”

“Helloo dear Friends, I do use your service indeed much - but these questions now -------------- I am sorry- please change this mask immediately. This is senseless - it has no context -nothing - it is a spongy message with no basics. And by the way: you do mention my payment is paid- but the receiver has still an empty wallet! Order no. 1188728 about 1,100 CHF or 14,471.00 GHS is sticking in a line!!! My friend is waiting so eagerly to get it- it is paid you do tell me. But why does the Ghana partner so terribly hesitate?????????????? Kind regards Hans Peter Kraehenbuehl”
