“I’ve had problems lately trying to send money to Cuba.. filling out the same details each time for every transaction is one thing but I spent last weekend trying to make one transaction work.. the money each time was sent back to my bank.. very frustrating 🤷🏻‍♂️”

“Hi. As swiss i dont accept the fact that you show only at the beginning of the order small fee. It is only when we proceed to payment that additional bigger fee is added. This is a lack of transparency. Other org like worldremit are more honest. I wld appreciate a reaction of the swiss in Sion. Thks. Rgds”

Please keep in mind that when you carry out your transaction and before paying, we fully show you the value that is going to be paid and what concepts have the value to be charged to your card, if you accept it. “Immer sehr zufrieden mit Sendvalu und dies schon seit Jahrren. Nun etwas zum Wechselkurs in Cuba: 1 USD oder 1 Fr. werden in Cuba meistens mit 180 Peso bewertet und bei Sendvalu leider nur mit 150 (?) Aber wie auch immer wir bleiben bei Sendvalu.”
