“In a few months that I have been using Sendvalu, I have not had any problems with it. It offers higher exchange rate in Philippine Peso with cheap service fees. The service is quick and the recipients are notified once the money is already available for collection”

“Sinubukan kong gamitin for the first time ang Sendvalu para magsend ng pera sa nanay ko sa Pinas. Syempre it is my first salary here in Trinidad. Medyo bad timing kasi nagkaron ng problem sa Cebuana at di nakuha agad ang money pero I understand na this happens naman di lang sa sendvalu pati sa ibang company. Masaya pa din ako kasi natanggap na ng nanay ko yung pera. Your agents are friendly din kasi I feel na talagang pina followup nila yung padala ko and tinawagan din nila si nanay. God bless po!”

“I am a loyal customer and I am satisfied with your service. This should have been a 5-star rating if only I didn't have any problems with my recent transactions. Not your fault but it caused delays in remittances to my family in the Philippines. Despite what happened, you resolved the issue by transferring the amount from Cebuana Lhuillier to M Lhuillier. Hoping next transactions will be back to normal.”

“2 years na akong nagtatrabaho sa ibang bansa and I'm using sendvalu since day 1. Every sahod nagpapadala ako sa family ko sa Pinas. Di ko na kailangang pumunta sa labas para magpadala. Celfone lang gamit ko nakakapagremit na ako. Keep it up!”
