“About the transfer of today (December 16th 2019) I am very unhappy. I wanted to transfer at 11.45 am €250 to Randy Ayamah. Sendvalu wanted to check my personal information which I fully understand. An hour later I sent all the requested bills and information.The status went on "Sent to partner" and only on 21.17 pm the money was transferred to Randy Ayamah, too late to buy a ticket at a travel agency. Now I have to pay €300 more for the same ticket for Tuesday night, but that transfer (561000) goes wrong too. The status says "attempt"and not "Verification". If this transfer goes wrong again, I will be angry. But I hope you can solve this problem. Thank you, Dirk Alexander Vosseberg.”
