“Dear friends, I got now a bitter answer of a disappointed receiver - here did go something terribly wrong! But indeed terribly wrong! this was your answer: 03.02.2023 um 20:40 Uhr Dear Customer, The transfer 1183825-01 was successful. The beneficiary received the money 6,880.00 GHS at Mobile Money +233241322734 on January 27. If the beneficiary of this transfer has not received the money, the beneficiary must send a statement of account of his mobile billet from January 27 to today, thank you Atentamente / Best Regards Anne Aras this status now I will send to you! Please please have a hard look at this. It is a pdf-file, I did get it as a picture now. KInd regards Hans Peter Kraehenbuehl”

“Disappointed with u. This is my last transaction with you but u did not give me a favor its for the last time so that I can leave for UK to be with my husband forever. But u did not give me a chance. Those documents you are asking are all useless when I arrive there bcoz I will NOT use u anymore sendvalu! I am ur very long time CUSTOMER BUT U FAILED ME AND U REJECTED ME! HOW IF I CAN NOT CATCH UP MY FLIGHT BCOZ I HAVE NIT PAID MY LAST FLIGHT TICKET PAYMENT??? HOW WILL YOU EXPLAIN IT!????”

“This service takes a very long time to provide a tracking/approval number. Other services provide instant tracking number. Some send by email a few minutes later. This service takes as long as 8 hours. Sometimes only 2 hours. Very frustrating.”
