"La empresa que realice el pedido al entrar en el enlace de seguimiento me pon\u00eda el 23 , ayer 23 de junio 2025 me mandan que ser\u00e1 entregado el 25 ,y hoy d\u00eda 24 festivo San Juan me mandan que va a ser entregado y minutos despu\u00e9s que no ha sido entregado por estar ausente. Y no puedo modificar ellos seleccionaron el punto entrega y..increible"

"They send the international shippment back despite it containts all needed info, they didn't handle it properly nor advised to resolve the situation, just hit the 'send back' button. Awful."

"Son unos impresentables, es un enga\u00f1o total, tendr\u00edan que haber venido a recoger un paquete el d\u00eda 21\/10\/24, d\u00eda tras d\u00eda sale un mensaje en la ma\u00f1ana como que han pasado a recogerlo (siendo mentira) y por la noche hacen una modificaci\u00f3n como que no se ha hecho. Solo te dejan poner una reclamaci\u00f3n y cuando te contestan son con mentiras. Intentas llamar y te dan n\u00fameros de pago (cosa que me niego ya que el error es de ellos),y para colmo te cuelgan el tel\u00e9fono de malas maneras."

"Worst delivery experience ever. Simply too lazy to enter the marina my boat was located at and claimed \u2018unable to deliver because of absence\u2019. The marina has a reception manned with 3 people all day AND I was on the boat as well. No call, no SMS. Full address details and phone number where given. With the same details I received packages from several other courier services. \r\nInstead I am informed by a rather rude chat agent that they \u2018delivered\u2019 to one of their lockers. The customer service chat agent then simply hung up without even greeting. \r\nWhen I went to the locker it asks for bar code or QR code, none of which I had received. The package ID I entered manually would not work.\r\nNext day, new chat (bot only, impossible to get to an agent). Now I learn the package got delivered to another locker. We\u2019ll see what happens there. \r\nWhat would have been 10 minutes for the delivery guy cost me hours of my time."
