We are sorry for the delay, I checked the order it appears USPS is the issue. They have had your package for over a month in one location. I am working with them to fix this issue, if they have lost the package I will send a new one.
“Can’t find any specific instructions on the swing itself anywhere as to how it’s supposed to be hooked up. Put it together from looking at pictures then realized the clamps on the straps couldn’t even support 60-70lbs before slipping, making the swing completely worthless.”

As for the clamps we found a manufaturer defect with the newest adjusters on the screamer line 2 days after backordered swing were sent, we promptly emailed ALL of our customers that had been sent a swing. Below is the email, the replacement parts have already been sent out!

We are sorry to delay your swing use longer. We have discovered that a percentage of the adjusters on our Screamer line are not locking in place after adjustment. We have decided the best solution for our customers is to send NEW main straps/slings for all Screamer products.
We are manufacturing new adjusters in-house, and we hope to have all replacement parts sent by the end of this week. Please do not use your swing until you have your replacement parts!

“Purchased the screamer dual hook as a surprise for my wife, and we’re loving it. It’s a little pricey, but it’s a “buy once, cry once” kind of thing, and you get what you pay for. It’s comfortable, yet very solid. We’re both on the bigger side, but I don’t have the slightest concern about any part of the swing failing. Haven’t had a chance to try out the squatting attachment yet, but I think it might be a little on the light side for heavier individuals. It would be nice to see a heavy duty option for the squatting attachment, with a little more lift. We might end up ordering a second set and double them up if one isn’t quite enough. Assembly was pretty straight forward. It takes some trial and error to get it set up, but you’re limited only by your creativity. As far as the purchasing experience, the shipping was fast, there was no extra duty etc, and it shipped in discreet packaging. Very highly recommend the product, and the site. Thank you.”

I checked and the amount was taken from my bank account, but still no swing. So as far as customer service, I would rate my experience as very sub par. “I don’t know what core level is but my experience ordering from this company was poor. I ordered $30 worth of items and once I put in my credit card information the purchase went through without a review of final purchase screen. It wasn’t until I received the email receipt that I found out a $50 shipping fee was charged for a 2 business day delivery window. Then insult to injury the items did not arrive in the 2 business day window I was tricked into. The products were good and as advertised but the checkout process and delivery was awful”
I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied. Did you try to call or contact us via email, we are always happy to change shipping a refund if it is brought to our attention before it ships. I did check your order it was placed on the 11th shipped on the 12th with UPS 2 day air.
“It is NOT at all comfortable. My wife and I both sat on it, fully clothed for about 30 seconds each and found it to be painfully uncomfortable. I reached out to them requesting info on how to return it and was advised that they NEVER accept returns or give refunds. The person I conversed with was Tiffany. She asked why I was dissatisfied and I told her it was painful and she told me that the pain factor was not relevant since people in the BDSM community enjoy pain. I pointed out that the ads said it was comfortable and said that comfort was subjective. Then asked if I ever “had a dick in me.” I asked how that was relevant and she said that I may not find it comfortable, but that she did.
The product itself sucks and the service the company offers is among the worst I have ever experienced.”
Sir, As our refund policy states we do not accept returns once a product has been opened. No one wants to receive a swing that has been used, and there is no way to know if it has been used once it is opened. Furthermore, you insisted that you should get a refund for 2 hours on our customer service line because you thought the swing was not comfortable, and that we had false advertisement. When we showed you the specs listed on our website and asked if the swing had missed any of the specs provided you continued to insist it wasn't comfortable and that you were told it would be comfortable. We tried for hours to tell you that comfort is subjective.
“The wife and I enjoy this swing very much. It’s very sturdy and well made. I am 6’ 230 and she is 5’5” and 125. It holds us both with lots of bouncing and rocking. Very good product.”
