I appreciated their website with informative videos and information on swing installation. And I really appreciate the free head rest. SexSwing.com customer service, however, is the worst. Tried twice to place my order (once with Paypal and once with credit card) and it wouldn't process through their system, giving me nothing but an error message both times. I verified with my credit card company that it wasn't being held up by them for security/fraud reasons (I had to confirm that I really was trying to place the order for fraud protection, but beyond that they said it should be going through). I tried using Sexswing.com online chat feature 3 times (different times & different business days) - never connected to a representative. I called the phone number on their website at least a dozen times, different hours and days of the week and NEVER got an answer or anybody call me back to the messages I left on their voicemail. Then on Black Friday I saw that they were offering a sale so I tried placing my order again - to my surprise, it processed right through. Shipping was quick and discreet (plain cardboard box with non-descript return address). They have a good, informative website, and at least the products I ordered were good, just hope you never have to actually contact them for anything.”

You are correct. This is because it is not known how you want to install it. There are many options such as stands, door mounts, beam mounts, chin up bars, ceiling hooks etc. some people even use things like gym equipment. So not knowing how you want to install it, that is usually sold separately or purchased at a hardware store

You paid for 2 day shipping, but it was after shipping hours as it states on our website if you order past the cut off it will ship the next business day (so if after hours on Friday it ships Monday). We shipped the product 2 day shipping just like you requested and paid for. When you emailed us you were profane and threatened to spam us on social media. I'm sorry you are upset that 2 day shipping wasn't fast enough for you.
