“Basically, everything went really well with our purchase of the MX5. Roger was very approachable, friendly, helpful, informative and not at all "pushy." In fairness it was a very easy sale, as it was exactly the car we wanted, and there was no part exchange or finance involved, but everything did go very smoothly with clarity at every stage. Just one thing - we were surprised to find as we drove off that the instruments indicated that there were only 6 miles left before a fill up was needed, and we wondered what the £16.67 fuel charge on the bill covered, but otherwise we were very happy with the efficiency of every aspect of our purchase. The car, incidentally, is brilliant!”

“Started with looking at their website which I found detailed and friendly to move around. I listed three cars I was interested in in preference order and went up to the showroom where I found them no problem. The salesman, Ryan Robertson, was patient and knowledgeable and a great help. I ended up buying my first choice and the paperwork side of the sale went without hitch. Collection day again went without any hitch and I drove away very happy. All in all a good experience.”

“This is my 2nd purchase. Very excellent service l received from the time l walked in through the doors to when l collected my car keys. Staff very friendly. Sales advisor James, was extremely helpful, professional and easy to talk to, there was no pressure put on me, everything was explained in layman’s terms. I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend SG Petch.”

“Most stress free car purchase ever. From the initial enquiry Ricky was most helpful in organising the test drive and then on collection of new car nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was first class. Thanks again Ricky for the follow up call after the weekend it’s much appreciated, this is how customer service should be 😀”
