“10/10 Service as always from SG Petch SEAT. A couple of teething issues with our new SEAT Arona FR Red Editon (Factory Issues, nothing SG Petch had done) but it was no problem for Matthew Newall & his team. Car booked in straight away. This is car Number 3 Personally from Matthew & all of my family wouldn't go to anyone else!”

“Kevin Jackson and his brother were most helpful to me having lost my wife to cancer during our negotiations.This is the second Kia I have had from SG Petch the service has always been first class will definitely use them again.”

“We have been coming to SG Petch for quite a long time now. We always see Gareth who, after all this time is like a 3rd son to us, we've got to know him that well. He's always helpful, courteous and we always have a laugh as he's so easy to talk to. He even set my radio on the station he knows I listen to, when I purchased my car a couple of weeks ago. My husband and I always enjoy our visits to this company.”

“We recently purchased a car through the motability scheme at Darlington SG Petch. We have been through a lot of late and this is first time we have purchased a motability car due to a change in my circumstances. We dealt with Andrew Mellanby who was absolutely amazing and made the purchase so easy, he kept in contact with me throughout and it only took a week from ordering to delivery we couldn't believe it. Fantastic service couldn't ask for anything more. The car we purchased was a kia sportage and is amazing so nice to drive. Thank you Andrew and SG Petch Team at Darlington top service 👏”

“Glyn was so professional and friendly throughout my whole experience with SG Petch. He listened to exactly what I needed, and delivered, even though I had no idea what vans were out there. Throughout the pandemic this would have been a stressful experience, but he was absolutely incredible at overdelivering and I would 100% recommend him again, and again.”

“Brilliant company to deal with , from looking at a new car through to delivery and dealing with the service department , I have bought lots of new cars over the years, and I can honestly say that I have never received service as good as this before , I would highly recommend them they made me feel valued and appreciated , this is something that is very hard to find nowadays”

“I buy my cars from SGPetch because I prefer Fiat. I don’t know of another showroom in York that supplies Fiat 500. I would certainly shop around if there was more to choose from.”

“Have had better experiences when buying a car. No follow up calls to see how you are getting on with car. Be careful with part exchange found out later I could have got a much better deal elsewhere.”

“I can thoroughly recommend SG Petch for a efficient and pleasant car buying experience. Living on the Sussex coast I was looking for a low mileage second hand Kia Niro Hybrid and found one on the Kia Approved website on the forecourt at SG Petch, York. A video of the car from Tomasz and his attention to detail and understanding of my needs, meant that I purchased the car unseen. The car was delivered to my home 3 days later.”

“David helped me to get a bigger car for a very small amount extra a month within a few hours! He knows his stuff and is so friendly and helpful. He sorted my number plates out for me too which I am so grateful for. I will continue to go to darlington sg petch as the service is spot on.”
