“Sales Manager valued our business and couldn't do enough for us. Great customer service/ relationship lead to us trading my partners car in for a newer model and buying one for myself too! Aftercare for previous car was spot on too.”

“I have to say I was very satisfied with all aspects of my experience when purchasing my Mazda2 and this was entirely due to the professionalism of the salesman, Alan Copeland, who fully explained everything in connection with the purchase and answered any questions I had.”

“Made to feel welcome, James was very well mannered, pleasant and felt no pressure to buy. We felt the deal offered was excellent and did not hesitate to complete the purchase. Showroom is very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Can’t fail James’s sales technique and would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to any perspective buyers. A great experience all round. Bill & Maggie.”

“We hoped we’d bought a car on the Sunday, but over a weekend the car Seles spreadsheet is locked until the Monday so we had to wait to find out if we’d been successful in our purchase. We were disappointed to have to contact the garage to discover that the car we’d put a deposit on had indeed already been sold. Neil, the manager, offered to keep looking for us or to give us our deposit back. We opted to have him keep looking and we ended up paying £1000 more than we were initially going to, but the car we got is absolutely worth it. Nicky looked after us really well - he’s a friendly and approachable guy and would recommend this garage to friends and family based on his service. Thanks Nicky & Neil. Next time we need a new car, we will come and see what you’ve got first!”

“Very impressed with SG Petch. Recently purchased a used Alfa Giulia. The whole process was straightforward and the Sales Executive Peter was great and always in constant contact answering any queries i had along the way. Would highly recommend using this dealer.”

“SG Petch had the exact car I'd been looking for. The sales advisor Adam was so helpful giving me initial advice, right through to making my purchase. I found the general prices at SG Petch very competitive for the type of car I was looking for. I had no trouble booking a test drive under the current Covid 19 guidance, which helped me decide on my purchase. The Hyundai Tucson I bought was ready on time as advised by Adam, and to an extremely high standard. I would definitely recommend SG Petch for price, choice and general standard of service from the Durham sales team.”

“Dealt with Kevin buying our sportage,great bloke,didn’t come out with typical car salesmen speeches, just listened to our needs and got car sorted. (Apart from mats lol ) Highly recommend petch and when looking in future will be back.”
