“We hoped we’d bought a car on the Sunday, but over a weekend the car Seles spreadsheet is locked until the Monday so we had to wait to find out if we’d been successful in our purchase. We were disappointed to have to contact the garage to discover that the car we’d put a deposit on had indeed already been sold. Neil, the manager, offered to keep looking for us or to give us our deposit back. We opted to have him keep looking and we ended up paying £1000 more than we were initially going to, but the car we got is absolutely worth it. Nicky looked after us really well - he’s a friendly and approachable guy and would recommend this garage to friends and family based on his service. Thanks Nicky & Neil. Next time we need a new car, we will come and see what you’ve got first!”

“Very impressed with SG Petch. Recently purchased a used Alfa Giulia. The whole process was straightforward and the Sales Executive Peter was great and always in constant contact answering any queries i had along the way. Would highly recommend using this dealer.”

“SG Petch had the exact car I'd been looking for. The sales advisor Adam was so helpful giving me initial advice, right through to making my purchase. I found the general prices at SG Petch very competitive for the type of car I was looking for. I had no trouble booking a test drive under the current Covid 19 guidance, which helped me decide on my purchase. The Hyundai Tucson I bought was ready on time as advised by Adam, and to an extremely high standard. I would definitely recommend SG Petch for price, choice and general standard of service from the Durham sales team.”

“Dealt with Kevin buying our sportage,great bloke,didn’t come out with typical car salesmen speeches, just listened to our needs and got car sorted. (Apart from mats lol ) Highly recommend petch and when looking in future will be back.”

“General service was ok. The car was not cleaned thoroughly, obviously a rush job. Need to give the’cleaner’ More time to do the job properly. Salesman did not explain the need for Abdul or even its exsistence where to obtain it or add it.”

“My car infotainment system was not updated so most of the media systems didn't work.SG Petch didn't know how to work on my car so update took 4 days and a month later I am no better off. Worst off all S G Petch tried to change the terms of my purchase contract 4 days after I picked the car up putting me £270 worse off. I had to complain and threaten FCA before being resolved.”

Mr Jackson. Apologies you have suffered technical difficulties with such a new vehicle. The 500 La Prima had just arrived straight from the factory so we were unaware of any updates. Unfortunately with brand new vehicles with so much technology we occasionally get faults and its not always a quick fix when we have not had any previous experience. “Bought a second hand seat Ibiza from sg petch Was put under no pressure to buy give me as much time as I needed Done my research and the car was value for money Came with 1 years warranty and 1 years r.a.c at no extra cost Over the years this is the 3rd car we have bought from dealership Very happy with sg petch”
