“A very welcoming environment, with pleasant and knowledgeable people available to help and guide you through the buying process. The showroom is well laid out and has a range of cars to view. Arranging a test drive was very straightforward.”

“We had a really pleasant experience with the purchase of our Hyundai Ioniq. The sales executive Emma was excellent from the moment that we enquired about the car, and the paperwork and payments went very smoothly. We would certainly recommend SG Petch in Durham, and probably their other garages in the North East.”

“I found the whole experience both relaxed and professional (after visiting several main dealerships). Over my lifetime I have been involved with cars and main dealerships a great deal but at other locations I visited I felt that I was being treated as an ignorant old lady who could be sold anything even though I knew what I wanted, and what i didnt want. Ryan listened to me, answered all my questions, told me of options but did NOT ignore my needs and 'push '. Overall one of the best experiences I have had in a garage for many years and I will certainly return.”

“We would like to congratulate Simon for his professionalism courtesy and honest attitude . When we visited last week it was an enquiry only re a new Mazda cx 30 . The model we were interested in was not readily available , Simon called us within a few hours ,had located a car we were interested in and we agreed the deal We had also been looking at Toyota , however thanks to Simon we purchased and have now collected our cx 30 Excellent service answering all our questions in relaxed and non pushy manner I would thoroughly recommend Petch and in particularly Simon Many thanks”

“I agreed to buy a car which required some touching up - they did what they said they would do to a high standard so I was happy. No pressure to buy additional products. Good offer for part exchange and changeover went smoothly.”
