“Had my car for a month now and wen collected it had big scratch on the side who’s home wasn’t there wen I bought the car , took it back had it for 2 weeks didn’t receive 1 phone call at all to let me no how it was getting on very dissatisfied with the service all the way through”

“I found the whole experience very easy and Andrew from.the Darlington branch was great. It was definately a different experience with Covid but felt safe. Would definitely recommend purchashing from S G Petch”

“Very poor on getting the basics correct. First car purchase from Darlington had another customers service pack put in the glovebox, no attempt was made to rectify this I had to return to the dealership and wait for them to sort the correct service package out after I’d been told it was ready for collection. Second car purchase from the Durham branch, after 2 weeks they still have not notified the DVLA about change of ownership. Contacted dealership, no apologies or call back to say they have rectified the situation. Very slap dash dealership.”

“I was going to another garage to buy my new car , as I found some of the staff abrupt & lacking knowledge with some issues in the past , during a service during lockdown I mentioned I would be looking for a new car & Ryan ( Mazda man ) took the time to send me info on various cars & videos , so when we eventually went to look, he continued with the excellent customer service that he maintained during lockdown & got the sale . I can highly recommend Ryan , not pushy & very helpful with info on cars .”

“Very easy to deal with listened to my requirements in a vehicle a pleasant purchasing experience. Delivered on time as none available in the U.K. when I finally made my model selection.
