“Excellent, professional service from the sales team on the purchase of my new SEAT Ateca. The finance agreement was clearly explained to me and so too were all the controls in the vehicle. Highly satisfied the the purchase of my first car from this dealership.”

“Nick Nicholson was a very capable, competent, personable and honest Salesperson and the dealership was highly competent and absolutely Professional in every respect. The dealership was beautifully set out and a pleasure to visit with Customer facilities of a pleasing standard. Our vehicle was ready as promised, and we are delighted with our Purchase and will repeat order and tell others. Thank you a K and m Dixon who travelled from Newcastle on Tyne as a local jeep firm lied to us and let us down.”

“Good customer service. This was our third purchase. We were fully informed and everything was clearly explained. We were kept up to date with progress on our purchase and invited to return or visit as many times as required. Our services on the other cars has always been second to none and the 7 year warranty meant exactly that with the staff at S G Petch. They were always willing to sort out problems or questions thoroughly and professionally. The staff at S G PEtch made the difference to us not buying any other model of car as we know the service is excellent and first class. We are delighted with our new purchase. Mr and Mrs I J and L A Taylor.”

“Colin Hodgson- approched us on the fore court in a very friendly manner no pressure at all asked what we were looking for and left us too look around. We got our eye on a Hyundai X35 asked Colin to tell us about it. He has good knowledge explained so we could under stand then left us to look at it ourselves. We decided to go ahead and Colin sorted out everything for. Kept us up to date with where they we with car and picked it up on Wednesday 13 September, hand over was no problem,car was very professional we are very happy car. One little blip we were not offered a test drive”
