“This is the 3rd Fiat punto that I have purchased from S G Petch and although the last one had a number of teething problems they were quickly sorted out by the firm. The transition to purchase the new vehicle was made easy by the salesman (Tony Hill) who I have dealt with on each of the previous occasions and have come to trust. I am more than happy with the service provided by S G Petch.”

“A massive thank you to Colin Hodgson who made the whole car buying experience stress free and who is by far the best car sales person I have dealt with to date. We were really impressed with the level of service we received from PG Petch Durham. After test driving the Mazda 6 Estate we fell in love with the car and after accepting the part exchange deal on Wednesday, we required the car to be ready by the latest Saturday afternoon to enable us to travel back down to Wiltshire. Colin pulled out all the stops to ensure the car was ready in time and we cannot thank him enough. I would 100% recommend SG Petch in Durham, as they are a very friendly and professional organisation.”

“Excellent customer service. Gary (one of your sales rep) even brought both me and my car home as I had to wait a little while before I could legally drive ( just a hiccup). Now that I am back on the road, I couldn't be happier with the car. It may not be sporty, or from one of the higher rangers, but I wasn't treated any differently. It runs like a dream...as well as looking the part! An excellent car and great value for money. I love it and so far i've not been given reason to go elsewhere. The staff couldn't do more.”

“Positives : showroom, sales adviser (Chris Philips), communication, the car!! Negatives : I initially arranged a test drive of another spec and arrived on the day of the test drive to find the car had been sold. I should have been told this in advance. There were three members of staff on duty that day (lunchtime) and I asked about the availability of other cars. No-one had access to availability, or other specs/prices, without the salesperson (who was at lunch). From a customer's perspective, there's little point in having staff on hand if they are markedly limited in their ability to assist potential customers. One of the team pretty much answered every question with 'I don't know' or 'I can't do that/don't have that info'. This was a big negative for me and something Chris and Georgia managed to compensate for later down the line, but I could well have called it a day at that point and contacted another dealer.”
