“Not happy - entirely wrong word. I was content with the prompt and efficient service, and so far the car is running well. Still a few buttons that I have not fathomed - yet. Would have liked a second wireless key fob. All my new Toyotas came with two as well as a 'key only' one.”

“On arrival at SG Petch in York, we were looked after right from the start. I knew what car I wanted and luckily, the York branch had one for sale. Test drive was completed and I purchased the vehicle within 15 minutes. The showroom employee was very thorough and everything was explained and clear. The car was picked up the following Saturday. Thanks SG Petch”

“Tony helped me buy the perfect car. I went in unsure on what I needed or wanted, he was patient with me and wasn't trying to get a quick sale, he was knowledgeable and offered me great advice on what was best for me. “I was very impressed with the salesperson when we first visited the show room and how professional he was in explaining everything. I was not impressed at all when I came to pick up the vehicle as the work which had been agreed was not done. This was a birthday present for my daughter and her first experience in the buying process for a new car, when it was not ready she was really disappointed. When we returned on the second occasion the work had been carried out, if only that had been done the first time the experience would have been perfect.”
