“The car itself I am very happy with although there was 4 dents and some paintwork damage which I pointed out and was assured would all be sorted when I picked it up which when I came to pick up my car they had just painted over the dents not removed them and touched in the some of the scratches and chips but the quality of the touch ins was terrible and made the damage no less visible so I handed the car back and was assured when I picked it up again that they would all be done and some were yet the standard wasn’t anything special and only 3 our of 4 debts were removed and others were missed I can’t fault the staff and sales person they were more than accommodating but the quality of bodywork isn’t very good at all”

“The staff of SGPetch were helpful the video showing the qashqai n-connecta with pan roof and pearlescent white paint and 1.5 diesel which had only 5 delivery miles was the decider to buy the car.The price was the best l could find in the uk for it,s spec and why l travelled 400 miles to pick it up.Since we have had the car 1 week we had a follow up call which is nice and although l have not driven it much the 400 miles home l am pleased.There were a few silly minor errors in the paperwork which should have been picked up. I think the new tweaks to the qashqai have improved it greatly and it’s a very good car.”

“From first walking into the showroom I was impressed with the service. We were approached and offered time to browse with no pressure. Charlotte Jennings offered information on a range of cars and gave us time to discuss what we wanted. She pitched to us as a couple which was a pleasant surprise and is what made the difference to us. She was professional and confidently explained the features and benefits of the cars we had chosen. We visited a number of other garages before returning to SG Petch to purchase a new Hyundai. Charlotte took time to explain the offer and encouraged us to ask questions before closing the sale. She is a credit to the company, professional and a pleasure to do business with.”
