“I bought a new Hyundai i10 two weeks ago and was pleased with the service I received. I would recommend SGPetch as the whole process was very quick and painless. I have had two new cars in the past from SGPetch which is why I chose to return for this purchase.”

“I dealt with Ciaran at SG Petch Darlington on a business lease for my new 3008. Ciaran was so helpful and took the time to explain and go through everything with me. I placed my order in February and my car didn't come till late July (through no fault of Ciaran) but he kept me up to date at all times and kept in touch throughout. I'll definitely use Ciaran again and would have no hesitation recommending him to family and friends.”

“Friendly whilst remaining professional staff. There was a delay in getting my car but we kept informed as to why. I am a mobility customer and my needs were taken into account. Especially the size of the boot as it is needed to get my wheelchair into. The handover by Nick was very efficient. He explained the dashboard and also connected my phone so it can be hands free. This is the second car I've have had from this garage. It was the service I was given then that made me return.”

“I have been a customer of SG Petch (Richmond) for over ten years, I have had six Sportage's and my family and friends have also had KIA's from the Richmond showroom. Without exception, every member of the sales, service and valet team have given 100% customer service, I wouldn't go to any other garage, even though there is a KIA dealer about five miles from where I live. “We would highly recommend SG Petch at Darlington for customer service and care. They go above and beyond in a professional manner to ensure we receive the correct information. Daniel Court was amazing throughout our recent purchase offering great customer service and advise. Nothing was too much trouble. Ryan Scotchford was fabulous with his wide range of knowledge and reassured us with our choice of car (electric).
