“I would highly recommend SG PETCH Durham for their professional yet friendly manner of all the staff especially Emma whom I had the pleasure of dealing with, nothing was a problem for her and every question that we asked was answered very quickly, she also seemed to be very knowledgeable on every car and because my car is through motability she made me feel very relaxed and explained everything she even had the car re-cleaned when I went to collect it because there were some water marks still visible, I will definitely be recommending SG PETCH Durham to other family members and friends.”

“I have just collected my new car from SG Petch in Durham. Kieren looked after me from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. He listened to what I wanted from a car and found the perfect one for me, he was pleasant and friendly while still being professional. He made sure I understood all the controls(as it is more technical than my previous car) and was confident to use them before i left the garage. He made buying a new car a really good experience.”

“The salesperson was very friendly not in the slightest bit pushy when we first entered the showroom. They gave us the space and time we needed to have a look at a car in the showroom and only when we had any questions did they appear. They were quick to offer a test drive that day and made sure we were comfortable with the drive and explained the features of the car very well. We were so impressed with the level of service and of course the car itself we ordered the vehicle on our first visit to the showroom. When it came to the process of collecting our vehicle it was again a very smooth process with the salesperson going through all of the features of the vehicle whilst in the showroom and making sure we had no further questions before guiding us out into the carpark for us to be able to drive the vehicle home. Once again thanks to the excellent service given by the salesperson the whole process was very relaxed and made for an enjoyable experience overall.”
